This was taken about 15 minutes after the "Autumn Sky At Kinvarra" above. The fading sun can is reflected in the windows of the Castle. This Castle stands on the site of the 7th century stronghold of the Kings of Connaught.

Just as the evening light is fading I managed to

capture a picture of Clare Island on the horizon with

Achill Island on the Horizon to the right. This was taken

from Old Head County Mayo.

Ξ Autumn Sky At Kinvarra Ξ

Perfect timing ! just passing through Kinvarra in County Galway, the tide was in and the sun was sliding down in the Autumn sky. On the pier there is a Pub/Restaurant which was almost flooded with the high tide.

Ξ Frosty Morning At The Claddagh Ξ

The river Corrib flows from the right, sea birds gently ride the current as the early morning January sun burns the lazy fog at the Claddagh, Galway City.
